How to create consistent energy:

  1. Write down everything in your head and prioritize
    • Cross out what you can’t change and can’t control
    • Delegate to someone else
    • Have to get done by date
    • Take action right away
  2. Eat healthier
    • Eat 4-5 times a day in smaller portions
    • Eat live greens
    • 60-70% greens
    • Drink a ton of water
    • Remember “Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels”
  3. Have a good morning routine
  4. Consistently Exercising
    • The most important appointment you can keep is the one with yourself
